Flex & Rigid Lances
Flex Lances
As hands-free tooling continues to grow within the water blasting industry, so does the need for flex lances. Used in pipe and tube cleaning applications, flex lances range in pressures, connections, and lengths. For this reason, PSI stocks a variety of flex lances up to 40,000 psi (2,800 bar). Standard flex lances typically come in 50’, 75’, and 100’ sections. Custom sizes and lengths are available. Having difficulty choosing the right flex lance for the job? Dual and Triple Flex Lance Manifolds
Most tube cleaning applications and flex lance feeder systems, such as Peinemann tools (see page 88), require the use of multiple flex lances during a single application. Dual and triple manifold are available for these jobs.
Flex Lance Safety Grip
The flex lance safety grip is designed to minimize the risk of injury to flex lance operators when operating flex lances under pressure. The contoured handle makes it easy to hold the safety grip against the tube sheet.
Rigid Lances
PSI offers a growing line of quality-made every pressure and application. Standard stingers, pipe nipples, and rigid lances for and custom lengths are available up to 50’ (15.24 meters) in length. Threading and coning are machined on demand.
10K-15K Pipe Nipples/Stingers
Stingers and nipples are offered in 304 stainless steel. Non- standard lengths are available upon request. When ordering, please specify length.
15K Stainless Steel Rigid Lances
Made of 304 stainless steel, PSI's rigid lances are available with standard male threading and female machine screw threading depending on your needs. Some sizes are also available with internal female threads. Contact PSI to specify length and required thread type.
15K Carbon Steel Rigid Lances
Made of 4130 seamless carbon steel rigid lances are available with standard male threading and female machine screw threading depending on your needs. Some sizes are also available with internal female threads. Contact PSI to specify length and required thread type.
15K Rigid Lance Holders
20K Tube Nipples/Stingers
Stingers and nipples are offered in 304 stainless steel. Non- standard lengths and right hand threaded nipples are available upon request. When ordering, please specify length and thread type.
20K Stainless Steel Rigid Lances
Made of 304 stainless steel. Left hand and right hand threaded nipples are available upon request. When ordering, please specify length and thread type.
20K Carbon Steel Rigid Lances
